On the most spectacular fall day, the trees slowly started to shed their leaves while others had just began to turn. The mountains rolled in the distance with hawks flying overhead. Leah and Cat gathered their family and friends in the heart of Western North Carolina to take in the beauty of their union and the stunning landscapes of this part of the world.

Leah and Cat are both in medicine, which is how they met. Their heart for caring for others is evident in every relationship they invest in. Every friend seemed like they had known the girls for a lifetime, even if it had only been a few years.

The girls dressed separately, not wanting to ruin the big reveal at the ceremony. Cat’s mother passed away not long before the wedding, and her absence was greatly felt, especially while Cat put on her gown.

Under an arbor built by Leah’s dad, they exchanged personal vows, which left everyone in tears. The sun shone brightly, guests sipped champagne, and the mountains sparkled back in the distance.

Guests enjoyed the espresso carts, speciality cocktails, and cigars while they danced to an electric performance from The Royals Suits. Pride flags were passed out, as well as rainbow-themed cake to celebrate their love. As the night drew to an end, Leah and Cat celebrated one last dance privately before departing in a vintage Rolls Royce.
