There was a threat of rain in the area going into Lauren and Tom’s wedding at the front lawn of the Biltmore Estate. Thankfully, the rain passed south, and we were welcomed with a hazy, albeit humid, late spring day.
After getting ready with their friends, Lauren and Tom greeted each other at the Inn before traipsing around the Estate for portraits. Their pup made an appearance for the ceremony, and his presence was welcome by everyone in their wedding party. After exchanging personal vows that were heartfelt and funny, Lauren and Tom were officially married!
With the sun setting over the Blue Ridge Mountains, their guests enjoyed cocktails and yard games on the South Terrace. After a delectable meal with pastel flowers cascading over the tables, guests danced to the music of We’ve Got the Beat.
